Concerning 3G webe

Do webe intend to accept the issue of capped 3G network under celcom? A capped network is not how you should meant with "Best effort basis". Please be considerate for 3G user too as not everyone can have access to webe limited 4G yet. Sincerely 3G user. Smiley Sad

How to check Webe Broadband 4G signal strength?

Is there a site survey service provided by Webe? My area only getting 1~2 bar 4G signal strength (or sometime 1~2 bars 3G signal strength) while using all other 4G providers in town. Signal dropped to 2G if I do not force the phone to use 3G only. I have tested it with Maxis, Digi, Umobile and Celcom in year 2017/2018. Result are the same.

Unifi Air account problem!!

Late September 2019, I had received an offer for a month free trial for the Unifi Air and I had refund it to the TM Point on October before the trial ended. The account for the Unifi Air supposed already had been terminated but the account still active and charged me from October 2019 with total RM208 right now! Live chat not responded (reason heavy traffic), FB private message (also no respond ), Open new case (Ref U-2070606) shown resolved but the account still active and problem haven't solved yet. Go to TM Point  (btw staff had confirmed that i had returned the router but till now havent any action taken).  Please fix this problem ASAP because i had been charged without reasons even i already stop using the services.

Cuti sekolah ni mungkin ramai yang dah puas jalan-jalan ke mall, dah balik kampung, dan dah pergi bercuti. Apa kaa bawa anak-anak pergi ke perpustakaan pula. Kebetulan hari Sabtu ni ada banyak aktiviti menarik untuk mereka di sana.Ada juga peluang untuk anak-anak tunjukkan bakat melalui kraf dan peragaan kostum macam-macam lagi. Semuanya percuma tau! 


Himpunan Si Cilik adalah program khas untuk kanak-kanak 12 tahun ke bawah, sempena cuti persekolahan. Ia juga satu program menggalakkan orang ramai, khasnya golongan kanak-kanak datang ke perpustakaan dan mengisi masa lapang mereka dengan aktiviti-aktiviti bermanfaat.



Pada masa yang sama, boleh dekatkan kanak-kanak dengan budaya membaca dan mengunjungi perpustakaan.Seperti yang kita sedia maklum, Perpustakaan Kuala Lumpur juga baru dibuka semula selepas ditambahbaik dan diberi nafas baru.

myunifi app self-troubleshooting guide (android & iOS)

Hey guys.


Applications on our phone can misbehave sometimes. So do our myunifi app. If that happened, do not panic.


We will share with you on how to self-troubleshoot your app, before you livechat. It is a simple step, anybody could just follow this for sure.


Let's go!


Lets start with android.

*some of the step may vary for different android version, but you will get the gist of it


How to log out and log in

  • Log out of the myunifi App
  • Close the App
  • Reopen and Login again

How to clear cache & data from Download Manager

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open your "Settings".
  • Tap "Apps & notifications".
  • Tap "Download Manager". If you do not see it, tap "See all apps" or "App info".
  • Open "Google Play Services".
  • Tap "Storage" and then "Clear cache".
  • Tap "Clear storage" and then OK.
  • Open the Google Play Store, then try your download again.

How to uninstall & reinstall Play Store updates

  • Make sure you are connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
  • On your Android phone or tablet, open your "Settings".
  • Tap "Apps & notifications".
  • Tap "Google Play Store". If you do not see it, tap "See all apps" or "App info".
  • At the top of the screen, tap "More (sometimes its a three vertical dots)" and then "Uninstall updates".
  • If you are asked if you want to change the Play Store app back to the factory version, tap OK.
  • Open the Google Play Store, then try your download again.

How to uninstall & reinstall myunifi App

  • Long Press on the Myunifi App > Select Uninstall
  • Go back to Play Store
  • Search for Myunifi App
  • Select Install.


Now for iOS

*some of the step may vary for different iOS version, but you will get the gist of it

How to clear App Data

  • Tap "Settings" > "General" > "iPhone Storage".
  • At the bottom of the screen, you will see your apps, arranged by the amount of storage they take up. Tap on "myunifi App" > "Clear Data"
  • If the "Documents & Data" figure is more than 500MB, you should consider deleting and reinstalling the app to clear this space.
  • If you decide to proceed, tap "Delete App", confirm, then head to the App Store, and re-download it.

How to free up memory by restarting your iPhone


  • Hold down the power button (at the top or top-right of the device) until "slide to power off" appears.
  • Swipe the power off slider.
  • Wait until the device has fully powered down, then press and hold the power button to turn the iPhone on again.
  • Doing this on a regular basis used to be vital on an iPhone, but is less so these days. Still, it can still be useful on older models. Long Press on the "myunifi App" > Select "Uninstall"

Beware of PABX & IPPBX fraud!

Hi there guys!


Today i will share with you an important announcement, regarding PABX and IPPBX fraud and threats.

But before that, there are some key points that need to be highlighted;


  • IPPBX/PABX Customer Premise Equipment(CPE) is under customer responsibility.
  • Regular maintenance need to be done and security update shall be updated.
  • If system are vulnerable for attack would result in high bill charges and would impact customer business operational.
