Why barred (TOS) my account without notification?

 TM will notified our customer in advance (via SMS, call campaign) based on registered contact number and email in our system before proceed with any credit treatment action.
You should have received the notification from TM within a week before the due date, and within 1 week after the due date TM will call you again to inform you on the outstanding amount. Also 1 day before your service gets barred (TOS), TM will call you again to remind the outstanding amount.
