I cannot open the unifi softcopy bill attachment received in my email. What should I do?

If you're unable to view your PDF bill statement attached in the email you received, you are still able to view your bill statement via these alternatives:


  1. Link provided in the SMS you received when your bill is ready
  2. unifi portal (https://unifi.com.my/personal)
  3. myunifi app (Download via Apple Store/ Google Playstore / Huawei App Gallery)
  4. Access the email via web browser ie: Safari, Google Chrome etc
  5. Access the email trough a different device ie: laptop, android phones etc
