I cannot see or download the attachment when I view the email via iPhone

As we have enhanced the email notification to give you a better experience, we acknowledge that some iPhone users are having difficulty to view or download the bill statement in the attachment.

It may be due to the email app you’re currently using to view your email bill notification.

You are still able to view your bill statement via these alternative ways

  1. Link provided in the SMS you received when your bill is ready
  2. Via unifi portal
  3. Via myunifi app
  4. Access the email via web browsers ie: Safari, Google Chrome etc
  5. Access the email through a different device ie: laptop, android phones
