I did not receive my unifi statements. What should I do?

 To enhance customer reachability, we will be sending unifi bills to your registered preferred email address. 


To ensure that you receive your monthly bills, please verify that your preferred email address for billing purposes under MyProfile section at unifi portal is correct. Your unifi email bill may have been sent to your junk mail folder, so we would like to advise that the email address tmbilling@tm.com.my is added to your Address Book and/or the “Approved Sender” list.


Alternatively, you can view your bills via online by logging in to unifi portal at  www.unifi.com.my.
