What is it?

‘On Site Support’ is when a TM technical team is sent to your premise to provide technical support or to rectify problems with your TM service. Depending on the cause of the problem, there may be a fee of RM53 (incl. GST) for ‘On Site Support’ service.


Equipment replacement is in the event of your TM equipment is faulty and your warranty period is over, or due to improper usage, you may choose either:

  • To purchase TM certified equipment, direct from the ‘On Site Support’ team
  • Have the faulty equipment replaced for free by renewing your service contract
