I have a question.
What happens if for whatever reason the fiber cable connection was cut off (outside customer premise) for example it was cut off because of a theft issue and the customer was not able to get the internet service for a long time ie ( 1 week). Do customers get any sort of rebates or waivers for the duration in which they could not use the internet?

Actually you can ask for rebate for it, that is why i always encourage community members to create a report ASAP whenever they cannot use a service. Why? Because that report is the ticket to claim a rebate.
