I want to correct my full name in Unifi system .because there was a typo when i filled it up and I am not realised until I received the email and read it through .

They can help? In my experience before, I need to go TM Point and make the report. Already try several time (2/3 times, maybe), but no action from TM.Till now my name is typo under TM account..

yeah, I already contact the unifi live chat team and through twitter .they asked the details they want .and my name still typo .

i asked them, how it will take to correct my name in system but no answer from them

From my knowledge, you can update your name via livechat.
