I have problem with connection, very slow, average 2.5Mbps.Called 100, they asked to use the unifi apps because of out of office time.
Used apps, the apps refer us community, saying they have high volume chat.
So are we paying only for the during office time usage only now?
Hardly get support during off the office time.

There can be a high volume of chat, but not all the time. You can wait for your turn, it worth the wait.
