POOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT BY TMNET/UNIFI

hi all,

 

just wish to highlight on the poor technical support right now by TM, below are my experience.

 

9/8 (THURS)

around 4PM called 100 becasue there is no internet connection.

4.37PM received confirmation SMS from UNIFI saying report (1-22960993867) created & will try to resolve report within next working day.

8.42PM received SMS from UNIFI saying report (1-22960993867) will have some delay in restoring service. Expected resporation by 10/8, 8.17PM (Fri)

 

10/8 (FRI)

Still no internet

4PM called 100 to follow up, feedback is technician still working on it.

 

11/8 (SAT)

Still no internet

5.35PM received SMS from UNIFI saying report (1-22960993867) has been attended to & service restored. Please reply within 2 hours by replying CTT YES/NO

5.49PM received SMS from UNIFI saying report (1-22960993867) restoration work has been completed. thank you for your patience.

I am baffled!

NOBODY CALLED & ATTENDED me during this 2 days & I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET SERVICE

6.01PM sent SMS to 62100 CTT NO 1-22960993867 as reply to inform restoration service is NOT COMPLETED.

6.04PM received SMS from UNIFI saying TQ for feedback . Yr technical report will be subject to further investigation.

6.00PM called 100 to informed received SMS saying restoration work is NOT complete, 100 acknowledged my request & inform will investigate.

 

12/8 (SUN)

Still no internet , I did not call 100 as, previous conversation with 100 is TM technician by right saturday & sunday not working so most probly will attend during next working day.

 

13/8 (MON)

Still no internet,

2PM call 100 to find out what is the status of my internet service restoration. 100 say problem has been attended & resolved. (i could not verify as i was not at home)

4PM reach home & found still there is no internet service.

4.09PM call 100 to inform still there is no internet service despite being informed service is restored. 100 created a new report 1-23061113094 to address my latest feedback on no internet service.

4.39PM received SMS from UNIFI saying trying to resolve report within next working day.

 

14/8(TUES)

Still no internet

16.47PM call 100 to follow up. Again reply is technician still working on it..

6PM engaged LIVE chat conversation with UNIFI to highlight my problem.

6.30PM decided to write this post to created more awareness on my troubles & plight.

 

PLEASE TMNET, I HAVE NO INTERNET SERVICE FOR 6 DAYS NOW.

 

in this duration I have not received any phone call from technician request for site visit, nor is there any CORRECT updates on what my problem is & WHEN can it be resolved.

 

my mobile data is depleting,

 

PLEASE!!! if any TM / UNIFI admin is reading my post. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hello! I recommend you to message Unifi team via Facebook Messenger.

Based on my past experience, it is more efficient to solve any kind of problem. They usually reply within a day. Try to message them in the morning (just don't message at night).
