Sampah Service and Port Out Process

Hi Unifi Mobile Team, I have two  questions. First is how long you plan to give sampah service to customer? Second is how to port out, please explain to me how to port out here,  Fyi I have been using Unifi Mobile for about one week. Do not ask me to use Live Chat. Answer me here understand? your answer should include termination of contract fee.

Allow me to explain.

First, the service. If you are having a problem, you should log a report. How to log a report? via livechat. That is the one and only channel offered this MCO/PKP period.

 

Second, porting out. Hit livechat, they can help you on the spot.

 

About your penalty amount, roughly RM59 times 12. Something like that, again livechat can assist you better with the exact amount.
