UNIFI Business Portal

May I know that fixed line can view & print the bill but fibre boardband can view bill and unable print the bill for company purpose. So many months no one can solve this problem and always request it from Live Chat Agents by every month.  Till now no receiving any bill statement from TM by every month too?? Thanks

May I know, any error appeared when do you want to print the bill statement? I suggest that you may refer to them via Live Chat, call to 100 or contact them via social media channel. You may refer to the link > https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us

We have complained & communicated with Live Chat  about this issue so many months but your customer service unable to solve this problem which repeat and repeat for an explanation to them.

Hi @secretary311 

Did you try to re-register with another email, and make sure to register under business profile?

Key in the correct Business Registration Number (BRN) same with the registered one, and under correct format for this BRN.

You may contact unifi support https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us to set the email for monthly bill statement,  send via system automatically.
