May I know that fixed line can view & print the bill but fibre boardband can view bill and unable print the bill for company purpose. So many months no one can solve this problem and always request it from Live Chat Agents by every month. Till now no receiving any bill statement from TM by every month too?? Thanks
We have complained & communicated with Live Chat about this issue so many months but your customer service unable to solve this problem which repeat and repeat for an explanation to them.
Did you try to re-register with another email, and make sure to register under business profile?
Key in the correct Business Registration Number (BRN) same with the registered one, and under correct format for this BRN.
