Most likely there have some issue on the system that make the chat disconnect. You may try to call TM hotline 100 as well. Other method to reach TM may refer to this : unifi.com.my/support/contact-us

Step 1: You may give us a 30-day notice on your intention to terminate the service via channels below:
a. Live Chat via unifi.com.my or myunifi app
b. Email at help@tm.com.my
c. TMpoint outlet nationwide

Step 2: We will provide your pre-final bill indicating your outstanding balance. TM representative will call
you within seven (7) days to confirm on your termination request. Upon payment settlement, we will
proceed with termination order on day 31 from your termination notice.
Step 3: For unifi account, you will receive an SMS when your termination request is completed. Then,
you may drop the Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) at TMpoint fast lane within seven (7) days to avoid
any late charges.

Tiang unifi baru saja dibuat dibelakang rumah saya. Tetapi di lokasi yg tidak strategik dimana ia berada ditengah tengah and delay sangat dgn tingkap dapur saya. Saya baru saja buat tempahan buat awning  pada tingkap dapur saya. Kerana tiang unifi tersebut kontractor saya tidak dapat awning terse but. Saya nak tahu macam mana saja buat aduan agar tiang tu dipindah ke lokasi yg lebih strategik. Teri a kasih

Akaun kena terminate sebab apa ya? Boleh terus semak dengan customer service unifi.

Kalau akaun unifi mobile disebabkan "fraud", boleh aktifkan semula. Tapi perlu hantar salinan IC dengan surat akuan sumpah. Apa-apa pun, kena refer dengan unifi untuk semakan terlebih dahulu.

Setahu saya untuk sambungan talian telefon unifi dan streamyx berbeza. Untuk streamyx, sambungan telefon bersambung dari soket dinding manakala untuk unifi, sambungan telefon adalah dari modem. Untuk unifi, jika anda ingin gunakan talian telefon, anda perlu hidupkan modem tersebut.

Guna telefon tanpa on suis modem / router unifi

Hai. Ada x cara saya boleh guna telefon rumah tanpa perlu on modem / router unifi? Sebelum ni sy guna streamyx boleh guna telefon rumah tanpa on router / modem. Lepas upgrade unifi 30mbps dah xboleh. Kena on modem / router dulu baru boleh call in atau call out.

I bought somes unifi products like gateway, switch, access points and unhopefully I lost the plastical piece of one of my access point (UAP-AC-Pro) for a wall fixation.
Is it possible to find a new one ?

Anda boleh cucuk kabel RJ11 di belakang modem port TEL1 dan caj Pay Per Use sebanyak RM0.20/minit dikenakan jika buat call out
