enquiry for suitable external antenna for unifi air modem ZTE MF286C

hi everyone, recently my modem ZTE MF286C got signal fluctuation so the network unstable, i want to ask whether which brand of external antenna suitable for this modem and got good rating.  i normally use this network for online meeting or facebook and youtube streaming, so i need to make sure the signal is strong and consistent.

for your information, the speed peak at 7mbps but signal is strong, sometimes fluctuate is what makes me frustrated

For unifi Air, the best is the one with Huawei modem which come earlier from ZTE one. But this is my personal view only, in paper ZTE and Huawei modem are the same.

i am not sure about external antenna, never use one.

i think i will stick with existing zte modem since i have signed the contract last month, may i know how to setting to CA activation in order to achieve LTE+ or LTE A.

fyi my modem sometimes jump to LTE A for few seconds only i wonder what is the method to enable this option
