from unifi transfer to maxis , mean you terminate service of unifi , transfer the number to maxis.
from maxis side , they thinking as transfer to them

as you mention the livechat say depend of month remain , mean if your monthly is RM59 , contract left 12month , so penalty is 59x12=RM708 , is a big amount !!
I want to confirm penalty charges while under contract if I want to transfer to maxis.
I had asked throught live chat and they say this considered as termination and penalty is remaining months fee. From maxis side, they only asked me inform TM to transfer, not terminate.
