In compliance with the policy of the Malaysian Government, a mandatory Tourism Tax of RM 10 nett Per Room Per Night is to be levied on all foreign guests. The ruling shall be effective from 1st September 2017 and will be reflective separately in the room bill and/ or room rate. The tax is not inclusive of services charge and GST.
Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR card are exempted from paying the levy.
Surcharge RM40.00 will be imposed during peak season, eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday.
Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s charge.
Not valid for Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar & Genting.
Not valid with any other running promotions.
All accommodation must be made by Telekom Malaysia Berhad directly to the respective selected hotel.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DISCOUNT - 20% discount on food-and-beverage orders (with minimum spend of RM50 @single receipt) and not applicable for group bookings and events.
