To make our lives easier, we can log in to unifi accounts using the new Digitalme passwordless feature effective today onwards. Come, let's explore this awesome feature together.
What is Digitalme passwordless?
Digitalme passwordless login is a new feature for unifi Self Care and myunifi app users to experience starting 10th March 2022 onwards. It is a new and easy way for unifi Self Care and myunifi app users to login into their accounts. Users will no longer need to login into their account with a password.
For the first time and existing Digitalme user, here are the steps to log in.
For the users who trust this device =Yes
For new user registration
Step 1: Click on the “Login/Register” button on the unifi.com.my portal or myunifi app
Step 2: Enter your email address on the pop-up page, and click Next
Step 3: Enter your name or your nickname to your Digitalme account, and click Next.
Step 4: Enter your email address and click Next.
Step 5: You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. The verification code is valid for 5 minutes.
Step 6: You will need to request a new verification code if you failed to enter the verification code within 5 minutes and the code expired.
Step 7: Check your email, enter the verification code manually and click Next. Psst! Do not copy and paste the verification code.
Step 8: Login from a personal device or temporarily log in from a public device:
a) If you are logging in from your device and want to use the Digitalme Passwordless feature, click Yes.
b) If you are logging in temporarily from a public device, click No.
Step 9: Choose your ID type, and now your Digitame account is created
Step 10: Click the Accept button to start your activity in unifi Self Care portal or myunifi app.
Easy, right?
Just for your info, in case you are unable to access the registered email address, you will need to create a new Digitalme account using a different email address to login into the unifi self-care and myunifi app.
