Smart Device Complaints and Solutions

Hi guys!

 

Lately there are many issues with Smart Device offering (TV and Laptop), and today i will share with you guys on how to tackle them.

 

Before that, you need to understand that the delivery of the device will not be in an instant like Shopee or Lazada, and the FAQ clearly stated "within 30 working days".

 

1. How to check delivery status

To check delivery status, you need to know your order number. If you dont have the order number then you can hit livechat to get them (usually for add-on customer).

 

Step 1 : https://lineclearexpress.com/tracker

Step 2: Put customer’s tracking number is order number upon unifi plan registration. However, remove symbol ‘-‘ and insert number only in the tracking number column

(Example: Order number : 1-45010622073, Tracking number : 145010622073)

2. What to do if customer still does not received the device after 30 working days

Exceed 30 working days, please contact to TM Touchpoint to log complaint.

  • Social Media (twitter:@helpmeunifi or facebook.com/weareunifi)
  • Email (help@tm.com.my)

Call to 100

Walk-in to the nearest TMPoint

 

3. What to do if the device are not in perfect condition upon delivery (defects)

Defect within 14 days, contact to TM Touchpoint to log complaint. Customer shall provide order number/tracking number and pictures defect area.

 

Below information required from customer for further investigation by Device team.

 

  1. Delivery Order
  2. Picture delivery box
  3. Picture Defect/Damage area
  4. Device Serial Number
  5. Customer Contact Number and alternative contact number

What if the tracking number they gave is not found??

30 hari bekerja = 2 bulan. Tu tak masuk weekend and cuti umum. Come on Unifi. Takkan la dah dekat 30 hari bekerja baru nak hantar? I know its your SLA dgn customer, tapi korang nak bagi customer happy, hantar la awal sikit. Masalah kat aku ni, dah la dpt hujung² 30 hari tu, TV yg sampai rosak pulak. Screen pecah. Yg pasti bukan salah aku. Dah lodge complain on Jan 11, tapi korang cakap tgh tunggu feedback from respective dept la, itu la ini la...sampai ke hari ni satu habuk kabar berita pun tak dapat. Ke nak tunggu 30 hari bekerja juga utk resolve issue. Then kena tunggu lagi 30 hari bekerja untuk dpt TV replacement. So, kalau nak kira², Total masa dari order smart device ni = 90 hari bekerja = 6 bulan = 0.5 tahun. Yg bestnya, bil utk smart device dah start kena bayar. So... apa citer?

Wow. Memang teruk la smart device ni. Dah settle ke belum tu bang?saya punya bil dah 2 bulan cas. Sampai kena suspended akaun sebab over kredit limit. Sekali cas 2 bulan bil.

Prnh tanya dulu sbb mcm lama dh tggu, dorg kata smartdevice dpt dalam 30 hari bekerja dari tarikh order complete. Saya pun dimaklumkn yg caj tu dikenakan start order complete bkn selepas dpt barang tpi tempoh bayar smartdevice kite tu tetap sama je 24 bulan (utk TV).  Agak2 klu dah lama2 sgt tak dapek barang nyer or kena sekat dh try contact dorg (https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us) tanya.

I order my smart device on 27/12/21

till now dint receive the tv.
