We only allow cash payment at the moment.

We only allow for unifi mobility postpaid bill payment and prepaid reload.
Can I do upfront payment, IR roaming deposit and credit limit deposit at TAD?
Not at the moment. We only accept bill payment.
Will the TAD payment transaction be updated real-time?

You can verify at the respective TAD outlet, call TM100 or through Live Chat. Please check out the payment dispute handling flow as per attached for more detailed information.
What do we need to prepare to arrange the payment at TAD?
All you need to do is provide your Unifi account number at the counter.
How do you know if the payment through TAD has been successful?
Your receipt will be generated and printed once the transaction is successful. Please do keep the receipt for future reference (if any). Customers will also be notified through SMS and Email for the said successful payment transaction
