A: You will receive your new bill starting March 2021 according to your bill date.
Q: How will I receive and view the new bill?
A: For eBill, the new bill will be sent to you (from sender “Telekom Malaysia Berhad” using the email email@example.com) to your registered eBill email. For hardcopy bill, it will be sent to you to your registered billing address. You can also view your bills via myunifi App and unifi Portal.
