Q: Why is TM introducing a new bill presentment?

A: The new TM bill presentment is aimed at giving you better billing and payment experience.

Q: Who will be receiving the new bill?

A: All unifi, broadband (Streamyx/unifi Lite) and stand-alone telephony accounts (Consumer and Business) will receive the new bill.

Q: When will I receive the new bill?

A: You will receive your new bill starting March 2021 according to your bill date.

Q: How will I receive and view the new bill?

A: For eBill, the new bill will be sent to you (from sender “Telekom Malaysia Berhad” using the email tmbilling@tm.com.my)  to your registered eBill email. For hardcopy bill, it will be sent to you to your registered billing address.  You can also view your bills via myunifi App and unifi Portal.

A: No, there will be no additional charges for the new bill presentment
