Why is TM introducing a new bill presentment for unifi?

The new unifi bill presentment is aimed at giving our customers a better billing and payment experience.

2.

Who will be receiving the new bill?

All unifi, broadband (Streamyx/unifi Lite) and stand-alone telephony accounts (Home and Business) will receive the new bill.

3.

When will I receive the unifi bill with new presentment?

The new bill presentment will take into effect starting with Bill Date of 19 May 2021. You will be receiving the new bill according to your billing cycle.

4.

Will I be charged for the new bill presentment?

No, there will be no additional charges for the new bill presentment.

5.

How will I receive and view the new bill?

For e-Bill, the new bill will be sent to you (from sender “Telekom Malaysia Berhad” using the email address tmbilling@tm.com.my)  to your registered e-Bill email.

 

For physical bill, it will be sent to your registered billing address. 

 

You can also view your latest 6 months’ bills via myunifi app and unifi portal.

 

For existing users of TM Biz Online, you can view the bill on the same platform.

I noticed that I received my new unifi bill from a different email address (tmbilling@tm.com.my) . Is it valid?

 

 

With the implementation of the new bill presentment, we are also standardising the email address of the sender for the e-Bill. All customers will receive the new bill from tmbilling@tm.com.my

 

Please ensure that you add tmbilling@tm.com.my to your Safe Sender List to avoid the e-Bill email to be sent to your Spam/Junk folder.

 

We have communicated on the new email sender to all unifi customers via email.

7.

Why have I not received my new bill?

You may not receive your new bill due to the below:

       i.       Your Bill Date is before 19 May 2021. Rest assured that you will receive the new bill starting from June 2021 onwards.

 

      ii.      There is a possibility that the e-Bill email was sent to your email Spam/Junk folder. We advise you to add tmbilling@tm.com.my to your Safe Sender List so that you will receive the new bill in your email Inbox.

 

     iii.       Your registered e-Bill email address is incorrect. You can easily check and update your registered e-Bill email address via myunifi app or unifi portal.

 

If you have not received your physical bill or for further assistance, please contact us via these channels:  

 

 

Should you require a face-to-face interaction, you may visit us at any of the TMpoint outlets nationwide.

I am already comfortable and understand the old bill. Can I request to maintain the bill format?

Rest assured that the new bill format is more convenient and it is aimed at giving you a better billing and payment experience.

I have multiple unifi accounts. Will the new bill presentment affect all my unifi accounts?

Yes. All unifi, broadband (Streamyx/unifi Lite) and stand-alone telephony accounts (Home and Business) will receive the new unifi bill presentment.

10.

I received my unifi/Streamyx/Telephony monthly bill via postal delivery. Will I be getting the unifi bill with new presentment?

Yes.  For physical bill, it will be sent to you to your registered billing address. 

11.

Can I view this new bill in myunifi app, unifi portal or TMBiz Online?

Yes.  You can view your bills via myunifi app, unifi portal and TMBiz Online (for Medium Business customers only).

12.

Can I use the new bill to make payment?

Yes.  You can use the new bill to make payment.

 

Additionally, for e-Bill subscribers, it is now more convenient for you to make payment as we have added a new payment link feature in the new bill.

What are the new features in the new bill presentment?

 

Some of the new features introduced in the new bill presentment are as below:

 

  • Fresh look with vibrant colour
  • Easier to understand bill charges presentation
  • Interactive link to payment, unifi Rewards info and Autopay registration
  • Self-explanatory diagrams

Can I make payment via the “Pay Now” link or the QR Code in the new bill at any time?

You are advised to pay via the “Pay Now” link or the QR Code displayed in your latest bill only to avoid any problem during payment process.

Do I still get the itemised bill features after TM introduces the new bill presentment for unifi?

With the new unifi bill presentment, all customers will get the itemised bill features.

Saya nak tanya, saya baru convert streamyx  kepada package unifi 30Mbps - Exclusive Promo bulan lalu. Saya diberitahu oleh operator TM semasa promosi melalui telefon bahawa kenaikan bil RM 20 akan berlaku selepas setahun penggunaan. Tetapi mengapa bil mac yang saya dapat telah ada kenaikan, sedangkan tak sampai setahun. Saya rasa macam tertipu pula. Semuga mendapat jawapan dari pihak TM. Terima kasih

yang mac bil ialah pertama kali dapat ?

kalau macam ini , sebab bil pertama ialah : Feb+Mac .

Nak tanya dalam bill baru, ada tunjuk daily usage?

eg 1may 50mb , 2may 70mb, 3may 55mb etc

ps i don't want/need colourful bill

Hai, kenapa masa nak register kata bulan pertama percuma tp bila bil pertama sampai ada caj dikenakan? Adakah bulan pertama percuma tp ada had 60gb? Terima kasih
