September will upgrade the speed automatically.

hi @sumwk85 , if and when you're free then you can visit your nearest TMpoint to check your maximum speed supported.

On some issue, their home was not supported and they cannot be upgraded to maximum speed 8Mbps.

If you can support higher speed then i advise you to do it manually at TMpoint.

Then I am gonna be tied with 2 year contract.

I would check whether my area can support Unifi Air or not first.

That is entirely your choice, @sumwk85 .

If I'm using 1mbps and paying RM68.90 W/SST (which is less than RM69 category), would I be eligible for the speed upgrade as well? Your FAQ is a bit confusing.

@wunghau IF you are currently paying less than RM69, then there will no changes on your bills.

This new prices only affected those who are paying more than RM69.

Ok?

Nasihat saya, kita tunggu bil baru september nanti. Jika ada dispute boleh share dekat sini nanti ya.

Hi.

I'm not a streamyx user (previously yes, cencelled subscription due to low download speed).
Would like to ask if now (before 31st Aug) i go to TM  apply for streamyx packages, let says 8 mbps, would i get the offer RM 69 for 8 mbps packages in future? Or in the end i pay RM 89 for the bill?

@ahjack88 very nice question.

If you proceed subscribe before 1st September, then you are eligible for RM69.

But if your area already covered by unifi fiber then you should go for that instead.

Its your choice boss.
