Hi Unifi TV, I watch channel 288 Celestial Movies. If the movies is spoken in Cantonese language I will change the language to Mandarin by pressing the I-II button on the remote control. To my surprise, both Cantonese option and Mandarin option are speaking Cantonese! I can accept this if the movie is produced in Hong Kong China by Hong Kong actor/actress but I cannot tolerate this if the movie is produced in mainland China with all Chinese actors/actress whom I know they don't speak Cantonese at all.  Please kindly rectify this defects. I would like to suggest an extra info field - Bill No. to be added to Payment Receipt. FYI, exisiting receipt does not have this field, it is difficult to recognize which bill i paid for by just looking at the current bill format. Even though payment date may indicate the respective month bill that paid for, but sometimes it might happen where the Individual will pay for two month bills on the same date. PlayTV app is very frustrating. When i first see my bill have paid RM60 for the app im excited cuz i just know after all these years..then i got disappointed when i finally get the app working 😂 wehhhh every streaming apps got substittles and pay less playtv dont have. Some more got few languange option for substittles. Why??   RM60 not cheap for streaming app. U can say RM60 have Live channel but ive use other sources that dont have buffering.. Even the stream is buffering 🤦🏻‍♀️ ..For me the most expensive streaming app is HBO Go RM30+/month .I bet it dont have buffer like PlayTV 🤷🏻‍♀️ because i tried Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and i definitely can watch without buffering and WITH subtitles.   U should do bundle subscription .Maybe PlayTV + HBO Go with less price 💁🏻‍♀️ Or with the current price and remove the Series (except for local) or Movies (except for local) in PlayTV but keep the live streams channel so we can have PlayTV+HBO Go+PrimeVideo 🤭 ... Did the unifi speed really slow? I saw one of the telekom worker keep repeating saying the unifi is slow. He recommended to use the Maxis (hotlink). Your guys can see the detail in his Facebook page, if not mistaken is Sim Ngee Thiam. He is posting so many about the disadvantages of unify and the unprofessional when installed.
