If you are a mobile postpaid plan (be it mobile, or broadband) subscriber, you will get your bill via email on a monthly basis. The email contains your bill in PDF attachment.
In case you don't receive it, it may have ended up in your Junk Mail folder. (If it does, please un-junk unifi mobile!)
Alternatively, you can also login to Self-Care to view your bill.
Do note that only the last 6 bills are available in Self-Care. So, save the file for future reference if you want to.

Have contacted 2 nights ago throigh live chat. But the guy don't seem to quite understand what my problem was and it is still remain unresolved.
Plus it took too long for the guy to answer each message. I guess it depends on how experience is the guy that is responding to the live chat at the time.

Sama lah kita.. plg last webe email bill utk bln Februari je.. then bln Mac langsung tak dpt view.. website tu kata Opps.. You haven't subsribed bla..bla..bla... the worst provider.. menyesal langgan.. lps dpt bayar, nnt sy akan terminate service.. buruk gilaa
