Can I change another Credit Card from my existing Auto-Pay credit card?

Important Notice:
1. Beginning 22 September 2021, card modification & termination of Autopay is temporarily unavailable until further notice. Once this function is available, you should be able to modify your Autopay subscription as per below steps. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.

2. If your existing card has been terminated/ cancelled at your bank, your Autopay deduction will be rejected due to invalid card, thus, you are advised to make bill payment at our other available channels while we are working to make the modification function available.

Definitely, we make it convenient for you to change another credit card. Just follow these simple steps:


STEP 1 : Log-in to Self-Care at
STEP 2 : Click on Self-Care 'Profile' tab and scroll down to 'Auto-Pay' box
STEP 3 : Click "Update" and system will direct to Payment Gateway Portal
STEP 4 : To change credit card, select "Change Credit Card" and click "Submit"
STEP 5 : Key in 7th, 8th, 9th digit from your existing Auto-Pay credit card to validate
STEP 6 : Key in your new Credit Card details and follow the on screen instruction
STEP 7 : Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation


That's it, it's so simple to change your Auto-Pay credit card.
