How do I ensure that my service don’t get suspended?

It's a drag when you want to make a call and suddenly find out you can't make any outgoing call.

 

To ensure you don't get to this situation, we will send you a notification at 80% and 100% credit limit utilization.

 

Once you receive this notification, please ensure you remit payment of the usage and your credit usage will be reduced back (so you have more airtime to make calls).

 

We also encourage you to sign up to Auto-Pay service so that you don't have to worry when you bill is generated and you forgot to pay your bills. Just log-in to your Self-Care account and register for this service.
