Can I call for support?

We aspired to be the best service provider in the digital space, and we are providing Live Chat Support from 8.00am to 10.00pm so that you can always chat with us whether you are in the meeting room, lecture halls or simply hang out with your friends.


What's more you don't have to worry whether the unifi representative hear you correctly (if there is too much noises in the background both of us can't hear each other) as all your conversation is digitally delivered and you have a copy of the chat transcript too.


That's why we don't offer phone call support for now.
