What if I damage my STB / remote control, will you give me a new one? Will I be charged?

If it is within the warranty period, TM will replace the STB. However, after the warranty period, an additional charge will be imposed for on-site visits by our personnel. In the event the STB is replaced, the warranty period shall still follow the first STB.

 

There is no warranty period for the remote control. You can purchase a replacement remote control at selected TMpoint or via online.
