Can anyone request for porting in without my permission? It is definitely safe to port in. As long as you are the current owner of the number, you can request for porting in. We will send a TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) to the number you want to port-in ; if the TAC code is not entered correctly and promptly, we are unable to process the request
