Insert your unifi Travel Pass SIM and follow the step by step guide below:
1. Go to “Settings” 2. Choose “Mobile Network” or Cellular Network” 3. Choose “Access Point Name” 4. Press “Add” or “+” button to change your APN 5. Type “unifi” in the “Name” and “APN” fields 6. Save the settings and select “unifi” as default
If you still can’t get connectivity, you may search for free wifi via wifi@unifi.
Your seven (7) or 15 days validity will kick-start on day 10 as the SIM is activated on day 10. Technically, your day 10 will be the first day of your running seven (7) or 15 days Travel Pass validity period.
Activation is easy, just insert the SIM into your mobile phone or device to activate it.
For self-collection and delivery, your SIM will be activated upon SIM connected to unifi network.
Otherwise, your SIM will be auto-activated 30 days from the date your SIM was collected.
You will receive an activation freebies once you have successfully connected to the network.
