I've tried to uninstall, then reinstall the app numerous times. Nothing works, straight to the "login timed out" message. All while using BOTH unifi Mobile 99 Postpaid & unifi Home Fiber 300mbps. It's the aftermath of the iOS 15 update that makes unifi playTV app non-functional at all.

Masih menunggu khabar bila unifi tv apps akan di masukkan di dalam Apple TV OS 15.

sya juga pengguna Iphone IOS 15.2.1. saya boleh menonton unifi@play tv dengan lancar sekali. semua channel saya boleh tonton. tiada bug pun.

bagaimana iphone anda tidak boleh mainkan langsung unifi@play tv.

kemungkinan iphone anda pernah di Jailbreak. bila sudah di Jailbreak aplikasi unifi@tv akan mengesan jailbreak tersebut.

Ramai yang mengadu unifi tv atau unifi@play tv sering error bila di mainkan device.

Perkara yg perlu anda perhatikan adalah pastikan device yg anda gunakan tidak pernah " di ROOT atau di JAILBREAK" kerana jika anda berbuat demikian bermakna google play service atau apple anda telah di ubahsuai.

Aplikasi unifi@play tv dan unifi tv dapat mengesan jika google play service dan apple service telah di ubahsuai.

pastikan anda menggunakan ROM atau firmware yg original.

Pengguna Huawei device juga akan mengalami error bila mainkan unifi@play tv kerana kebanyakkan device Huawei tiada mempunyai google play service walaupun anda sideload aplikasi unifi@play tv dari google.

Sama juga iPhone 6s saya sudah update ke iOS 15.2.1. Masih tak boleh guna playTV. Tak pernah langsung kena jailbreak. Ada alasan lain tak selain iPhone 6s saya berkemungkinan model lama yang TM sendiri senyap-senyap tak support?

Thanks for your concern on this.

The thing is, my iPhone 6s is never been jailbroken. And it's now updated to iOS 15.2.1. It has gone for almost 5 months now that my unifi playTV app still doesn't play any live channel or VOD. After numerous times I deleted then redownloaded the app, the moment I opened it, still came with this error: "The service is temporarily unavailable (32999)". The weird part is that my old iPod touch 6 with iOS 12.5.5, the app can still be played without any issue; so I have to watch there instead.

So don't tell me it's my iPhone 6s an old model, it's a lame fricking excuse. Also, just shut down the playTV website already. Why are you guys wasting so many resources building something that doesn't even work in the first place?

semua jenis Iphone dan IPAD masih lagi support unifi@play tv. Belum ada berita@ info menyatakan unifi@play tidak support iphone atau pun Ipad. cuma di Apple TV 4k saja yg belum support unifi tv.

adakah sebelum anda update IOS 15.2.1, anda boleh mainkan unifi@play tv. jika boleh bermakna ios 15.2.1 menyekat untuk mainkan unifi@play tv di iphone 6s. sedangkan saya menggunakan Iphone XS masih boleh mainkan unifi@play tv dengan lancar tanpa sebarang gangguan.
