Cant sign in unifi tv

Why i cant log in my unifi tv? Already put the same ID just like in the mobile ID. Just upgrade the package with buying the unifi plus box. The plus box already get a wifi signal through the pairing process. 

The problem now, i cant sign in my unifi tv????

before this, i mean on ur mobile sign with phone number or unifi@play tv id. unifi@play tv can't sign in on unifi plus box.

you need upgrade subscription or upgarade unifi. 

unifi tv id, the end has @iptv or tvos. can't use phone number for sign in on ur unifi plus box.
