Hi I have subscribed 300Mbps package month ago but did not receive my unifi Plus Box (out of stock according to Installer). Is there anyway I can check the delivery/installation status online? I contacted CS through live chat and they ask me to call Sale Department but I'm currently overseas so unable to call 100.

I think, it is better if you contact customer support at https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us and they will assist you on the issue regarding the UPB delivery status.
You may call 100 or LiveChat again to ask them send your UPB A.S.A.P
