how about ur unifi connection, i hope is normal connection. make sure ur Lan cable in good condition. port in Lan no: 4, can't use others port. Lan no 4 for unifi tv. go to setting, than scroll down and find unifi tv apps. than klik clear data. after you clear, restart ur unifi tv stb. after restart, you need sign in again with ur id and password unifi tv. if you forget id or password, please call 100 for cs tm assistant.
