Hypp tv freeze after awhile

Audio and video freeze after awhile. If change to other channel,  screen turn black. Reboot set top box a few times also the same issue,  okay for awhile then freeze. Internet connection is good. When the audio and video freeze, an icon pop up but I'm not sure what that icon is about.

Masih ada masalah lagi? camna nak setel? baru terjadi lepas upgrade speed. Pening dah takleh tengok TV.

jika anda menggunakan stb putih unifi tv, pergi ke setting dan scroll hingga jumpa unifi tv apps. klik dan clear data apps. restart stb dan juga router serentak. selepas restart anda di kehendaki memasukkan semula id dan password unifi tv. jika anda terlupa, sila call 100 untuk minta bantuan id dan password unifi tv.
