Hypptv box stuck at starting logo

Hi.. my hypptv box cannot open.. stuck at starting logo... when turn off appear 1 green light and 1red light..

Can I know you are using which hypptv box? white colour box or grey colour box?

Have you checked your internet status? is it ok or not?

Any fix on this? Facing the same issue but my internet is ok.

that light is standby status. Push red button at your remote and the red light will change back to green

Hi there @brucesamuel23 ,

Did you check the wire connection status? I believe other major problems other than Internet connection problems is the wire connection.
