Hypptv reduces volume on its own

I've recently encountered a problem where the volume decreases on its own on Hypptv. 

At first I thought it was the remote control but the problem persisted even after I took the batteries out. 

Has anyone ever encountered the same? What could the problem be? 

Appreciate any advice/solution.

could it be from the setting in the hypptv itself? Have you also check if it's just one particular program or all program that volume decreases on its own?

Also need to check and just in case, you didn't sit on the remote control when that happen? Coz if you sit on it, that maybe the reason. Or someone sabo you with another controller?

I have the same problem too. But once i turned the tv box to another direction, problem solved
