Hi, I already place complaint regarding unifi create 2 account under myname and report already 1month.. seem the unifi do not care about customer at all.. no call for the services.. please improve for customer services..
back in the day the live chat is as its name "live". they have a real people to entertain you.
i don't understand why they pull the real people out there and replace with a robot.
i mean it. customer service should be a real person. the ceo, cfo, coo, that we can replace with a robot because they are useless, making huge money for themselves but make a poor business strategies.
