you mean, unifi@play tv new version or old version. if new version, tm make migrate phase by phase for tm customer. cs tm told me like's that.
if error, you need used unifi@play tv old version.
Jika id anda belum lagi di migrate, anda boleh gunakan di unifi@play tv versi yg lama. jika ada keluar pop up sewaktu anda mahu login unifi@play tv, bermakna id anda sudah di migrasi kepada apps yg baru. anda sudah tdk boleh log in mgunakan apps unifi@play tv yg lama. pastikan guna apps yg original bukan yg versi modded.
jika terlupa id@ password sila call 100, press 1 untuk bahasa dan press 1 lagi sekali untuk bercakap dgn cs tm.
Having the same problem as well. I installed the unifi play TV app in my TV box device but having this 414590 error.

what device you use it. Make sure ur device have google certified with play store and google play service. Unifi TV need google play service for play Unifi TV or Unifi@play tv.
If ur device already rooted or jailbreak, you can't play or watch unifi tv.

FYI, I'm using an Android TV Box with Android TV OS Ver 7.0 which is stated in the FAQ should be ok according to No 9, 30, 31.
My internet connection is Unifi 500mb
As until today it still can't able to play the Live TV and keep showing ERROR 414590!!!
What makes it not logical at all is that we all are paid customers and are limited to such service quality.. Perhaps it's time to terminate it and report to MCMC.
Many android tv box outside already rooted version.
if you want use android tv box better choose mibox s 4k. this box have "google certified" and google service.
Many user use this box for watching unifi tv. no issue lag or buffer.
please use android box with google certified only.
