Are you using unifi TV STB (Set top box) or UPB (unifi Plus Box)? You may try to restart (off power plug for 20 second and on it back) all unifi equipment.

please tell a detail bout device you use it for watching unifi tv. if you use UPB version 1 or 2, please make sure ur wifi connection is stable. if you use HDMI, make sure don't have any damaged.
If you use STB the white colour, you need put in the cable on port no: 4 if you still use router from TM.
If you use android box, make sure ur device never jailbreak or rooted.
Seem like the unifi TV App from unifi Plus Box is have a server problem anyway already LiveChat to ask for them check whats happen from their site?
anda menggunakan UPB ke. tak perlu restart UPB tu, cuma klik button tengah di remote dan anda boleh menonton semula. cuma klik button besar di berada di tengah2 remote Unifi Plus Box. Tak perlu restart router anda berkali kali.
