unifi plus box or unifi stb white calour. if unifi plus box, please restart ur box and wifi too. after 15-30second, switch on ur unifi plus box and wifi too.
if unifi stb white calor, please check ur Lan cable bcoz ur stb need full update.
maybe, ur stb running update wifi can*t connected with Lan port. and than ur stb stuck at installing.
