We truly apologise for the experience you are facing at the moment. If there are no suitable unifi TV packs or channels that can suit your demand right now, you may choose to terminate your existing subscription via Live Chat at
www.unifi.com.my/chat or myunifi app.
However, we would also like to remind you that your unifi TV subscription is bound to the T&C upon registration. Early penalty charges may apply in accordance to the subscription T&C
Therefore, for Aneka/Ruby/Varnam Plus pack subscriber whose forced to subscribe as part of 2016-2018 Unifi pack (pre-turbo), is this clause applicable to them?
