Done restart the white & black box yesterday but still pop up 'invalid heartbeat' today..any solution?

Same problem, keeps popping up every 7 minutes or so, very annoying.
So there is still no permanent solution for this error instead of always restart and turn off newly turned on equipment?

I have asked the TV team, and they need your info to check on something. Can you please when you are free, livechat with TM and tell them this hearbeat error TV problem.
After that you all can share with me your report number and i will follow up with them accordingly.

@remstr already did, the technician already come and said there is no solution yet to this. upon checking tehnician tell me that if i use the router from TM, they will just upgrade the firmware of the router and maybe can fix the problem, but since i use my own router, there is no solution to it.
