The “Invalid Heartbeat” Error Message

I am using Tm router but same error message. Restarted but an annoying problem. Mine is 300mb so it can't be the speed problem although i must say the speed is just a number when i get lag  when my son watches youtube so....What is wrong with unifi?

The same happened to my unifi too. It seems the problem just happened recently.  We have been using 300mbps for almost a year.

Same problem here, did restarted the stb, but error still pop-up once in a while.

clear ur cache at setting stb and restart ur stb and router. this option can fixed ur problem.
