Unifi tv new UI slow to respond 2/12/2109

Channel are slow to change, guide doesn't maintain same timeline when scrolling through, and slow to scroll through

As usual.. nicer looking, with DEGRADED functionality....
Before, they BLOCKED additional apps installed..
then now they even REMOVED the demn Mosaic page from the app... with DELAYED response!

Starting to wonder why i pay them this much every month for a worsening services.......................

hi there @Tujiee ,

They are trying to refresh the look and feel for this unifi TV experience.

some might not like it, its normal.

 

Why dont you give it time, they are trying to fix the mosaic i think.

it is ok to refresh the look and feel. but TEST IT PROPERLY before do the direct changes on production/customers's interface. AN UPGRADE actually SHOULD NOT DEGRADE the other functions!

Anyways, based on the Subject, have something been done on to increase the response time?

very lembab UI response... you guys don't have PoC environment ka???

I THINK THE UI TAKE TOO MUCH RESOURCES THAN WHAT THE BOX CAPABLE OF... 

TM SHOULD GIVE US NEW AND FASTER HARDWARE BOX..

 

 a lot people complain on the new UI changes.. not because of new look n feel, but the worst performance..

 

Please revert back to previous UI

Agreed. TM removed the mosaic page which makes us difficult to choose the channels and we don't even know what channels we have or we don't. It so slow when u switch the channels. Some channels cannot rewind which previously can.

So HARD to use this!
Kerja sudah stress, balik rumah nak tengok tv lagi stress.

Very slow in remote control response. Videos laggy. 

Start up from main menu to tv nearly 10 seconds (not counting start up from zero)

Small leterring. Much smaller compared to the previous one. 

Kena termenung dulu baru channel bertukar

Come on tm, what have u been thinking al thw while? 

 

Volume button also slow response

Come on la tm, think of the customers, not think of pleasing your bosses. We just wanna watch tv. Switxh on, swith off. Change channel, change volume. We dont care about so called refreshed looks. What's the point of refreshed looks if you give us bad customer experiences?

We jusr want convenience, not new interface 

 

Please don't just please your bosses, you have paying customers to care for
