Unifi tv remote not working

Hi,

Anyone can help? My unifi tv remote no reaction with tv box. Battery and and press button got light but no respond after press. Can't watch TV at all now

Helo, your remote control still not working? If you dint mind you may purchase a new one at selected TM points.

They tested the remote working at tm points. Don't why not working at home

Probably low internet connection that cause your TV box to lag?

cuba saudara perhatikan lampu led di kotak stb kepunyaan saudara. pastikan lampu led tersebut berwarna hijau. jika lampu led berwarna merah itu tandanya stb saudara dalam keadaan stand by mode. klik pada button remote yang bewarna merah. nanti stb saudara akan masuk dalam mod play. pastikan di remote akan blink blik. jika di remote tiada blink2 lampunya bermakna remote tidak berfungsi. kemungkinan bateri remote sudah rosak@ remote pernah terjatuh.

i think the STB unit is faulty, called up unifi and after a few emails, the conclusion are as follows:
rm53 for a tech to visit for whatever reason:
to replace the stb set RM300 (since i finish my contract)
to replace the set for free, need to have a new contract (and maybe not attractive as well as my old contract is cheaper)
have not decided anything yet.
now controlling the STB via USB wireless keyboard

Jika remote unifi tv anda tidak berfungsi@ rosak, kemungkinan remote tersebut pernah terjatuh@ bateri remote telah lemah.

jika anda masih dalam warranty, anda boleh pergi ke tm point berhampiran anda untuk menukarkan dgn yg baru.

Jika warranty anda telah tamat, anda ada 2 option samada beli sendiri atau kontrak anda akan di perbaharui.
