Hi, @jhunpalma18.

Usually this would happen when the account is barred due to payment issue. How is your other services such as internet? Is it working? May I know whether you are using the unifitv (set-top box) or the playtv@unifi (unifi plus box)?

For Olive, Amber and Scarlet not be found on Plans page, go to each:

Fyi, these are the new packs for hospitality subscribers (aka hospitals, etc.). Biz packs are meant for commercial subscribers like restaurants, shops, etc.

So did I find before the CLOSURE of Unifi Community, 2 more packs:

• Amber - Choose any 7 Premium channels + 2 FTA for RM30 per room/month​​.
• Scarlet - Choose any 10 Premium channels + 2 FTA for RM40 per room/month.

Maybe The Everly used the Scarlet pack plus Vision Four in Putrajaya.

Found the lost packs from Unifi TV:

• Biz Corporate Pack - World class entertainment at your fingertips from lifestyle shows to news broadcasts and more.
• Biz Fun Pack - Enjoy a variety of entertainment including movies, news, international TV shows and beyond.
• Biz Sports Pack - Catch live sports from around the world.
• Hospitality - You can tailor exactly what you want for your hospitality business.
• Olive - Choose any 5 Premium channels + 2 FTA for RM20 per room/month​​.

Maybe the on-demand movie channel could be stay there as a different name, also this SETI replacement channel was known as:

• Unifi Taiwan Jihua HD - replaced SETI with genre top-rated Taiwanese, Mandarin, and Hokkien variety shows, drama shows, idol drama, and more.
• Unifi Movies 1 HD - broadcasts on-demand movies on the loop, with 3-minute advertisements after the movie.
• Unifi Movies 2 HD+ - a Chinese movie channel that is similar to CM+ from Singtel TV in Singapore, this channel is one of the movie channels to launch along with China Movie, and a relaunched Star Chinese Movies, with 2-minute advertisements after the movie.
• Unifi Movies 3 HD+ - an Asian movie channel that is similar to the now-defunct RED by HBO HD, which airs similar content, unlike other channels, it airs non-movie content, with 2-minute advertisements after the movie similar to Unifi Movies 2 HD+.
• Unifi Movies 4 HD - a Japanese movie channel, kids' movies during the day, and other movies at night, with 1-minute advertisements after the movie. 
• Unifi Movies 5 HD - a Disney movie channel (content was also available on Disney+ Hotstar), it's ad-free unlike the first 4 Unifi Movies channels.

cuba restart tv android anda. klo masih sama, tiada gambar anda pergi ke setting android tv kemudian klik pada aplikasi unifi tv. sudah jumpa aplikasi unifi tv, anda klik skli dan cari clear data. klik pada clear data. kmudian restart android tv anda. selepas restart, log in semula id dan password unifi tv di aplikasi unifi tv anda. jika terlupa id dan password unifi tv, anda hubungi talian 100 untuk meminta bantuan daripada cs unifi.

Also to add more VOD channels like how Now TV and Singtel TV in Hong Kong and Singapore had been used on-demand channels respectively, the on-demand channels were based on its channels.

Jika kilat dan ribut,sebaiknya matikan router,modem berserta Decoder unifiTV supaya tidak cepat rosak

anda menggunakan UPB ke. tak perlu restart UPB tu, cuma klik button tengah di remote dan anda boleh menonton semula. cuma klik button besar di berada di tengah2 remote Unifi Plus Box. Tak perlu restart router anda berkali kali.

Jangan membazir elektrik. matikan saja router kalau tidak di gunakan dalam jangka masa yg lama, cth keluar bekerja. router anda tidak rosak jika waktu anda tiada di rumah dan berlaku petir. sebab itu di nasihatkan tidak menggunakan alatan elektrik sewaktu petir. matikan saja unifi wifi dan router. tiada apa2 yg berlaku.

Hi nak tnya kalau pasang WiFi sma UniFi tv  boleh kah biar sampai pagi berpasang di plag karan ataupun mau dimatikan plag nya ?
