cannot watch unifi tv since 2weeks ago!!!

tv askng for the Id n passwrd.

dah call unifi for 4rd times, tapi still no action.

i got kids at home watting for this and very difficult for me to left them at home. already login wth new passwrd from sms but still cannot. already report foe technician come but still not come, already follow up but still slow. then u want me to pay. u send me sms for free channel but until now i just can see my tv..not watch the channel.😂🤣😡😡😡

unifi tv back to normal, puan. you just go to setting than scroll down on ur device like's unifi plus box or stb white color. than find " UNIFI TV APPS" click this apps than click "CLEAR DATA". after clear data you need restart ur device( unifk plus box or STB WHITE BOX). after restart key in ur id and password. call 100 or you can livechat ( tmlivechat.com. my )  from 8am- 12 mid nite.

after you got the id and password, key in the id and password on ur device.
