Does the error code come from your unifi Set Top Box or via unifi Plus Box?

firstly you need to tell what box you use that error code, unifi plus box or the stb white color. if stb white colour, make sure ur ur cable at port no 4. port no 4 use for iptv. if you use the new router not form TM, you need configuration for port iptv.

You view the unifi TV using unifi TV set top box, unifi plus box or at your handphone using playtv@unifi? You may try restart your device first and retry. Do refer Easyfix if you are using unifi TV set top box or unifi plus box for basic troubleshooting.
